Terms of Use
This promotion is not connected to Facebook and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook. Facebook does not receive the information provided by the participant; instead, it is provided to the S.I.B.N. Hotel GmbH as the operator of the Facebook page “Fontane Therme” (hereinafter: “Organiser”). The promotion runs from 5pm on 29/06/2018 to 10pm on 08/07/2018.
Participation in the competition is subject to the conditions listed below. By participating in the competition, the participant expressly agrees to these Terms of Use. The Organiser reserves the right to change, modify or close the competition at any time, without prior notice and without giving reasons.
Eligibility
People who live in Germany and are at least 18 years old are eligible to take part.
Participation
Participation involves clicking on the “Like” button and posting a comment naming your “chosen companion” by 10pm on 08/07/2018. Any clicks and comments received after this time and date will not be included in the competition. Multiple comments by the same person will be counted as one single entry. By participating in the competition, entrants agree to being named on the “Fontane Therme” Facebook page if they win.
Prize
The prize is a one-night stay in a double room at the Resort Mark Brandenburg, including the Märkische breakfast buffet and two 20-minute LIGNE ST BARTH massage treatments. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged. Travel costs are not included and the prize cannot be transferred to another person.
The prize is processed by the S.I.B.N. Hotel GmbH. S.I.B.N. Hotel GmbH will contact the winner as soon as the information has been received from the “Fontane Therme” Facebook page. The holiday must take place on one of the dates stipulated by the S.I.B.N. Hotel GmbH. If this is not possible, the prize is void. By confirming the holiday, the winner agrees to the holiday conditions of the Organiser. The winner bears the cost of travel to and from the location of the holiday. Furthermore, the winner is also liable for all additional costs (such as minibar, telephone etc.) which arise during the stay.
Notifying the winner
The winner will be notified on the Facebook post using the Facebook comment feature and is requested to send a personal message containing their address information to the “Fontane Therme” Facebook page or by email to info@resort-mark-brandenburg.de by 10pm on 15/07/2018. If the winner does not contact the Organiser within the specified period, the prize will be awarded to another participant at random.
Disclaimer
The Organiser cannot be held responsible for any accidental or consequential damages resulting from participation in the competition nor the non-availability of the internet server; unless these are due to gross negligence or deliberate action by the Organiser.
Privacy
Insofar as the personal data of participants is collected during the competition, this data will be solely recorded, processed and used to carry out the competition and may be permanently published on the “Fontane Therme” Facebook page.
All Facebook names of participants will be recorded and saved in order to pick the winner. All data will be deleted within 30 days of the end of the competition at the latest; however, comments on Facebook will remain and will continue to be publicly available. The winner’s address and contact information will be recorded and used solely to award the prize. This data will be shared with the S.I.B.N. Hotel GmbH. Participants are entitled to the statutory right to information, modification and revocation. Exclusion of legal recourse
Recourse to the courts is not permitted.
Miscellaneous
Should individual provisions within these Terms of Use become or be void, the validity of the remaining provisions is not affected. A reasonable provision, which best corresponds with the invalid provision, will be used in its place.
