Hotel staff (Trainee position)
You have an eye for the bigger picture, are a clever team player, have a penchant for good manners and are always ready to utter a friendly word or two. Being a host is a real skill. Is it your skill?
You will learn:
- To receive and advise guests
- To prepare and inspect hotel rooms
- To lead sales discussions
- To prepare quotes, manage business correspondence and to plan shift plans for the staff
- To run marketing campaigns
- To plan, organise and execute events
- To serve food and drink, to prepare food and drink in the kitchen
Your profile:
- Secondary school leaver’s certificate, “Mittlere Reife” (equivalent to GCSEs) or A-Levels
- Excellent service attitude
- Great team spirit and organisational skills
- English language skills – all additional foreign languages a bonus
- A friendly, well-kept and confident appearance
