  • Taking a proactive role in shaping our hotel kitchen
  • Cold cuisine is your speciality – be it for the rustic Seewirtschaft, the Restaurant Parzival, the Bistro Seeblick in the Fontane Therme spa, or at events
  • The Resort Mark Brandenburg stands for culinary delights from the Ruppin region: local, seasonal produce, freshly prepared – these are values that ring true with you

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a chef
  • Initial experience in cold cuisine (desirable)
  • Creativity, a refined palate and a love of cooking
  • You are flexible, motivated and resilient
  • Passionate about fresh, local produce
  • You handle the food and equipment with care
  • You like to work independently as part of a dynamic, positive team
